RBS specializes in the development of quality software and support systems for the Finance, Credit Management and Debt Recovery industries. With a combination of industry knowledge and technical prowess, the team identified that there wasn't a collections system available that met the specific needs of the specialized credit/collections department. The available systems were not flexible or affordable and they could not provide the type of reporting analysis needed for "smart" debt recovery practices. RBS set about designing a purpose built collections system. The result is a robust feature-rich package called COSMOS.
